ATM - Synlait Special Shareholders' Meeting update

The a2 Milk Company Limited notes the announcement made today by Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait – NZX: SML ; ASX:SM1) advising that no further action will be taken in relation to the complaint received regarding Synlait’s special shareholders’ meeting and that the meeting will proceed as scheduled on Wednesday 18 September 2024 at 9.00am.
