FINZSOFT NZX De-Listing Announcement

Further to the announcement made by Finzsoft Solutions Limited (“FIN”) today at 10:34 am, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that FIN will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (“NZSX”).

The final day of trading in FIN will be Monday, 4 May 2020, prior to being halted and suspended at close of business. FIN ordinary shares will be delisted and will cease to be quoted from close of business on Wednesday, 6 May 2020.
