GFL - Appointment of Company Secretary

Geneva Finance Limited announces the appointment of Mr Aaron Underdown as Company Secretary with immediate effect. Mr Underdown joined Geneva Finance Limited in November 2022 and is a Risk & Governance professional with more than 20 years’ experience. This appointment by the Board helps further strengthen the overall governance processes of Geneva Finance Limited.

Mr Underdown will continue in his role as Head of Risk & Assurance and report to the Board Audit Risk Committee of Geneva Finance Limited.
