Hello MacDunk, thank you for your kind and supportive words. I also enjoy
your posts (most of all) mainly because of your free spirit, high IQ, and
lateral thinking. Very few seem to have these qualities today.

It's difficult to answer your question because I have bought and sold so
many resource stocks over the past 2 years, mainly in gold, silver, base
metals, oil and gas. Obviously I have had some poor transactions and many
very good ones. Overall I am much better off. The past few months have been
very quiet for me while gold has been going through a correction. This looks
to be close to the end, but may drift along sideways till the end of the
year, with a few ups and downs as usual. I keep some core gold stocks and
trade others.

I remember posting a while back that DRA (Dragon Mining) was far too high,
and that better buying would be around the 22 cent level. I think we were
there a few days ago. When gold does in fact turn around and renew its
uptrend, then nearly all mining resource stocks will climb once again to
higher highs. Many have so far corrected about 50% from their last highs a
few months ago.

There are heaps of good Australian stocks to select from, and everyone
should easily be able to get 100% upwards if they do a little research
homework and time their entry. By that I mean, buy from today onwards. There
may be better buys later, but right now gold has corrected a lot, and so
have nearly all the stocks. My favourite right now is PNA which I expect may
return well over 500% in the next 2 to 3 years. Time will tell.

Your other stuff. Gold will soar with the empire building USA/China conflict
some time in the future. Stay in the Southern Hemisphere, have some gold
bullion, and of course, a good malt whiskey. Some people think this is all
science fiction stuff. Unfortunately, they have very little understanding of
history, and there are many Rumsfields sitting on the sidelines.

Enjoy the NZ fresh air and water.

Lang mae yer lum reek
An yer meal poke aye be fu.
May the best ye’ve ever seen
Be the worst ye’ll ever see
May a moose ne’er leave yer girnal
Wi' a tear drap in his e’e
May ye aye keep hale an’ he’rty
Till ye’re auld eneuch tae dee
May ye aye be jist as happy
As we wish ye aye tae be

Lazy Haggis
