General Capital announces deferral of Annual Shareholder Meeting

General Capital Limited hereby advises that its Annual Shareholder Meeting called for Friday, 28th August 2020 can no longer be held due to Covid-19 restrictions.

The Directors are considering options for a new date and shareholders will be advised as soon as practical. All options are being considered including an online option.

The Directors expect to make an announcement early next week.
