CBD - 2022 Annual Shareholder Meeting & Director Nominations

Cannasouth Limited (NZX: CBD ) announces that the 2022 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held at the offices of Link Market Services, Level 30, PWC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland on Tuesday, 28 June 2022, commencing at 11.00am. The physical meeting will also be available to participate via a link to a live stream.

Further details for participation and voting online will be included in the formal Notice of Annual Shareholders Meeting which will be released prior to the meeting.

The Company also advises that the closing date for Director nominations is Tuesday 10th May 2022. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.

Nominations must be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
