General Capital Limited (GEN:NZX) announces resignation of subsidiary company director

General Capital announces that Mr. Robert Hart has resigned as a Director from its subsidiary General Finance Limited effective 31 October 2023 so that he can focus on his legal practice.

Mr. Don Hattaway, Chairman of General Finance said, “Rob has been a director of General Finance for approximately 6 years having joined the Board in 2017. Since that time the total assets of General Finance have grown 8 fold which has increased the workload on directors, including Rob who also needs to travel from Hamilton to attend meetings. On behalf of the Board I wish to thank Rob for his significant contribution to General Finance.”
