The wife of a senior director at A2 Milk has built a stake of 260,000 shares in the business in a series of trades earlier this month, documents filed to the NZX show.
Jillian Margaret Nathan, who is the spouse of Peter Nathan, A2 Milk's chief executive, Australia & New Zealand, spent a total of $485,499 on the shares.
The first trades took place on Oct 3, with others on Oct 4, 5, 11, 12, and 13.
Shares in A2 Milk closed at $1.85 on Oc.t 3 and peaked at $1.93 during the period the trades took place. It closed at $1.89 on Oct 13.
A2 Milk closed for the day at $1.98, a rise of 1.54 percent. It's risen 4.84 percent since the start of the year.
