Ryman Director Nominations

Ryman Healthcare Limited will hold its 2023 annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday 27 July 2023. Further details of the location and time will be advised in the forthcoming notice of meeting.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Ryman advises that the opening date for nominations of directors is 2 June 2023, and the closing date is 23 June 2023.

All nominations must be received by Ryman, by 4.00pm NZT on the closing date.
