Two Degrees mobile raises US$4.5m

Two Degrees Mobile has raised US$4.5 million (NZ$5.8m) from its three major shareholders, with an issue of 6 million shares at US75c each.

Documents filed with the Companies Office yesterday show Hautaki bought about 634,000 shares, Trilogy International New Zealand LLC picked up about 3.6m, and Tesbrit BV took about 1.7m.

The latest funds raising comes after the three shareholders bought US$23.5m of shares in November.
