Real estate firm Bayleys is marketing the St Helena Vineyard in the Christchurch suburb of Belfast as a mortgagee sale.
The vineyard established in 1978 by the Mundy family is Canterbury's oldest commercial winery.
The 41.6 hectare winery produces pinot blanc, pinot gris, pinot noir, riesling and chardonnay styles.
The property was owned by MJ Mundy Ltd, which was placed into liquidation in March after some 55 years in business.
