Further to the announcement made by Promisia Integrative Limited (“PIL”) on Thursday, 21 January 2021, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that PIL will be changing its name to Promisia Healthcare Limited, and ticker code to PHL, with effect from market open on Friday, 5 February 2021.

The ISIN will remain unchanged as NZPRPE0001S5.
