Stride Property Group (NZX: SPG) Trading Halt of Securities

NZX Regulation advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Stride Property Limited and Stride Investment Management Limited (NZX: SPG ) Stapled Securities while SPG undertakes the placement component of a capital raise. The trading halt was implemented pre-market open today.

The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

1) An announcement by SPG regarding the completion of the placement; or

2) Market open on Friday, 27 November 2020
