Marlborough Wine Estates Group Limited (NZX: MWE) Resignation of Auditor

Marlborough Wine Estates Group Limited wishes to advise the market that MWE and Deloitte have mutually agreed to terminate Deloitte’s engagement as auditor of the company effective immediately.

MWE received an unqualified audit report for its FY20 financial statements which did not compromise the quality of the financial statements.

The Board appreciate and thank Deloitte for its services.

The Board is currently reviewing proposals and will advise the market as to the appointment of the new auditor.
