Radius Care Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD ) (Radius Care) advises that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 10.30am on Thursday 3 August 2023 at Hyundai Marine Sports Centre, Okahu Bay, Auckland. Further details of the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.

The period for nomination of persons as directors of Radius Care opens on Wednesday 14 June 2023 and closes at 5.00pm on Wednesday 28 June 2023.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the written consent of the person nominated. A brief CV of the nominee should be included.
