Endeavour Capital, a Wellington-based investment company chaired by businessman Neville Jordan, is partnering with a Chinese-based venture capital company Wuhan Venture Capital Co.
The partnership provides for joint investment in New Zealand and international companies that need additional equity to achieve scale for competing in world markets. The scale of the partnership was not disclosed.
Endeavour is raising a Sustainable Investment Fund via a listed company on the Deutsche Bourse Frankfurt stock exchange.
Jordan is a successful businessman who founded MAS Technology Ltd, a telecom microwave company, which was sold and is now listed on NASDAQ.
