Trouble is, MacDunk, that people begin to think laterally in similar 
ways, so suddenly you meet one another again, and whatever edge you had 
is sharply attenuated or eliminated. What was a dusty path became a 
road became a rail track, and on the tracks you find the letters TRH 
stamped into the iron ...
