General Capital Dividend Reinvestment Plan

General Capital Limited (NZX: GEN ) has established a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP). The DRP offers shareholders the opportunity to reinvest the net proceeds of cash dividends payable on some or all of their General Capital shares into additional fully paid shares, free of brokerage charges. Any shareholder who does not choose to participate in the DRP will continue to receive their dividends in cash.

The Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer document, Participation Notice and instructions for participating in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will be sent to shareholders and are attached to this announcement. They will also be available on General Capital’s website.

The Dividend Reinvestment Plan will apply to the FY25 final dividend.
