The head of the trustee company which has overseen many collapsed finance companies has resigned.
Louise Edwards has stepped down as the chief executive of Perpetual Trust after four years at the head of the organisation.
Edwards was the former head of customer care at Perpetual, and before that ran AXA's fund administration business.
Perpetual was the trustee for Provincial Finance, Strategic Finance, Dominion Finance, Capital & Merchant Finance, MFS Pacific Finance, Nathans Finance, United Finance, Lombard Finance and Boston Finance.
