Green Cross Health announces the appointment of Craig Brockliss to the Board, effective 6 April 2022. Mr Brockliss will stand for election at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting currently scheduled to be held on 25 July 2022.

In accordance with Rule 2.6.1 of the NZX Listing Rules, the Board has determined that Mr Brockliss is a non-independent director due to a disqualifying relationship with substantial product holder Wilton Asset Management Limited, currently the third largest Green Cross Health shareholder.

Craig Brockliss is CEO of the Wilton Capital Group of companies and has more than 20 years’ experience in business, property and private equity investing. Wilton Capital has significant investment interests in both New Zealand, the United States and in the UK.
