My Food Bag - Resignation of Leanne Dekker

My Food Bag Group Limited has received notice of resignation from its Chief Financial Officer, Leanne Dekker. Leanne joined My Food Bag in February 2023 and has made the difficult decision to move away from full time work and to spend more time with her young family.

During her time at My Food Bag, Leanne has made an excellent contribution to the business and has been a capable and well-respected leader of the finance team. We are sad to see Leanne leave and we wish her the very best. Leanne's last day is expected to be late January 2024.

We will begin the process to recruit for a new Chief Financial Officer and update the market once that process is complete.
