Metroglass appoints Jenn Bestwick to the board

Jenn Bestwick will join as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 1 May 2022. The board has deemed Jenn to be an independent director for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules.

Chair Peter Griffiths said: “Jenn brings a wealth of public and private sector governance experience that will strengthen and complement that of our current board.”

Jenn is the Chair of Tonkin + Taylor Group Limited, Chair of the Tertiary Education Commission, and holds directorships for Invercargill City Holdings Limited and Antarctica New Zealand.

Jenn has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham, UK, and is a Member of the Institute of Directors.
