ARB - New Chief Executive Officer Commencement

ArborGen Holdings Limited (NZX: ARB ) (the Company) announces Justin Birch will assume the roles of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company and of the Company’s wholly owned US based subsidiary, ArborGen Inc. (ArborGen), effective 16 June 2023 US time. He will replace Andrew Baum who steps down from the CEO role on the same day.
