Me Today Limited (Me Today) announced today that its share purchase plan offer was strongly supported with valid applications received for $1.033 million in shares.
Me Today has elected to accept $250,000 of oversubscriptions, meaning the total amount of capital raised under the SPP is $500,000 at the issue price of 9.5 cents per share. The new shares will be allotted and become available for quotation today. Scaling will be applied having regard to existing shareholdings on the record date for the offer and to avoid the creation of less than minimum holdings under the NZX Listing Rules.
