NZX Market Operations: Senior Retirement Village (NZX: SRF) Delisting as Issuer

Further to the announcement made by Senior Trust Retirement Village Listed Fund (“SRF”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that subject to meeting final conditions SRF will be delisting from the NZX as an Issuer on Friday, 12 February 2021.

SRF’s units will cease to be quoted at close of business today, Wednesday 3 February 2021.
