Gold exploration company Glass Earth Gold says it has closed the final tranches of a C$4 million (NZ$5.2m) private placement.
The company today said it had completed the second and third tranches of the placement financing for gross proceeds of C$1,061,600.
Net proceeds from the C$4,066,490 raised would be used for mineral exploration and general working capital purposes.
