GEN - Notification of the Appointment of a New Director

General Capital, the listed financial services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Greg James to the Board of General Capital effective 28/09/2022.

The Board of GEN have determined that Mr. Greg James is an independent director for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules and the NZX Corporate Governance Code.
