CEN - Vic Crone to leave Contact Board

Independent director Vic Crone has advised her intention to retire from the Contact Energy Board of Directors with effect from the end of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in November 2023. The Board will commence a search process for a replacement director.

Rob McDonald, Chair said, “Vic has made a substantial contribution as a director of Contact and as a member of Contact’s Audit and Risk Committee. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Vic for her considerable input over the past eight years.”
