I have had another look at the comments made about that "Soy" Patent of 24 Dec.

At present NRT gets a royalty from Dupont folowing an agreement made in 1997. Dupont has been waiting for this patent to come through. Dupont has worldwide rights excluding Austr. and NZ.

I belief that Dupont will defend this patent and this could mean that incidentally they will look after NRT at the same time: NRT could get separate and presumably higher royalties in Australia and NZ.

Perhaps they may make an arrangement with Dupont later once the Patent has been executed.

That is my opinion,
