Nice guys the directors of CER. Well at least they are nice to themselves.
While you are at the beach slopping on your SP30 block they are quietly
shoveling themselves (or mates) 2.4 million shares at 16.5 cents. Nice too
that they decided to give themselves a hefty 25% Christmas cheer discount to
the market price. 

Ah, what's the fuss. This time next year we will not be reading about them.
They will resemble organic compost more than an organic herbicide company.
