Over several months Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH ) has been on a journey of streamlining, continuous improvement and cost reduction with a focus on enhancing profitability.
As part of this exercise, the Board has reviewed Third Age Health's audit fees and sought proposals from several audit firms. As a result, effective from today, we have accepted the resignation of Ernst & Young (EY) and have appointed UHY Haines Norton as our statutory auditor.
The appointment of UHY Haines Norton is in no way a reflection of the quality and professionalism of the service provided by EY and we are grateful for their service over a number of years.
