PYS - Mark Samlal retires as PaySauce Director

PaySauce Limited (NZX: PYS ) announces the retirement of Mark Samlal as a director of PaySauce at the end of his current term. Samlal has indicated that he shall remain fully committed as a director until next month’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, but being due for retirement by rotation, he shall not seek re-election.

 

Throughout his tenure, Samlal has been forward-thinking and generous with his insights into payroll around the world, contributing substantially to PaySauce’s global growth aspirations.

 

PaySauce CEO Asantha Wijeyeratne expressed his gratitude for Samlal’s contribution, stating,
