NZA - Resignation of Auditor

NZ Automotive Investments Limited has received notice from its external auditor, Grant Thornton, that in accordance with section 207R of the Companies Act 1993 it has resigned as external auditor of the NZ Automotive Investments Limited and its controlled entities, effective immediately.

Grant Thornton will co-operate with the incoming auditors as appropriate to ensure a smooth transition. The Board of Directors, which will be reconstituted on 21 August 2022 with the resignation of four current directors and the appointment of two new independent directors will work through the process of appointing a new external auditor in due course.
