CCC - Aiden Keegan CEO of Cooks Coffee Company Joins the Board

Cooks Coffee Company (NZX: CCC ; AQUIS: COOK), the international coffee-focused café chain, that operates Esquires, the Organic Coffee Company in UK & Ireland, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 28 March 2024, Aiden Keegan (Chief Executive) has been appointed to the Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Aiden has more than 25 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry with strong skills in franchisee and supplier relationships as well as optimisation of operational systems.

He has been with Esquires over 20 years and was Operations Manager in Ireland before taking up his role as Managing Director for the Esquires UK business in 2018. He became Cooks Group CEO in April 2024 and in keeping with best practice in the UK formally joined the Board on July 23 2024.

This appointment, along with other recently announced UK Directors. will be confirmed at the company’s AGM.
