Synlait Milk Limited (NZX: SML) Director Operations to Depart Synlait

Director Operations, Mark Toomey, has resigned from Synlait Milk Limited. Mark moved to New Zealand to join the Synlait team. He has now decided it is time to return home to Australia and pursue new opportunities.

Mark steered the Operations Team through COVID-19 and has progressed several critical strategic operational projects during his time at Synlait. Mark is committed to ensuring a smooth and well managed transition as Synlait undertake the search for his replacement. To help with this transition, Synlait welcome back Matthew Foster who has been appointed as Acting General Manager, Manufacturing. Matthew will help to ensure consistency in the role over the coming months as we search for Mark’s replacement.

Mark will remain with Synlait through to the middle of June 2021.
