Oceania Healthcare’s Chair, Liz Coutts announced today that Chief Executive, Earl Gasparich, advised the Board of his resignation on 6 March 2021.
Mr Gasparich joined Oceania Healthcare in August 2014 and has led Oceania Healthcare through a period of substantial growth and transformation, including its initial public offering in May 2017. The Company has also demonstrated considerable resilience through the challenges of COVID-19 and is well positioned for growth in the years ahead.
The Board has appointed Brent Pattison, Oceania Healthcare Chief Financial Officer, to the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Chair, Liz Coutts, said “The Board extend our gratitude and thanks to Earl for his contribution over his six and a half years with us.”
