At the Annual Shareholder Meeting of Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (NZX: SNC ) held on 29 September 2022, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Bruce Dunlop, who was appointed as a Director by the Board during the year, be elected as a director of SNC
• That Chang Ku EE, who retires in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1, and being eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a director of SNC.
• That the Board is authorised to fix the remuneration of the Company’s auditors for the forthcoming year.
