NZX Market Operations: Kingfish Limited ("KFLWF") - Final Exercise Date

Following the announcement by Kingfish Limited (“KFL”) on Friday, 29 January 2021, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the Kingfish Limited warrants (“KFLWF”) is Friday, 12 March 2021.

Any KFLWF warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 12 March 2021 will lapse and all rights in regards to them will expire.

The final day of trading in KFLWF will be Wednesday, 10 March 2021 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.

KFLWF will be removed from the NZX Main Board from close of business on Friday, 12 March 2021.
