Just Life Group Limited (NZX: JLG) Rights Offer Opens

Just Life Group Limited today announces the opening of its 1 for 14 renounceable rights offer at an issue price of 70 cents per share. The c.$4.5 million capital raising was announced to the market on 23 April 2021.

The 70 cents issue price represents a 27.1% discount to the last traded price on 22 April 2021, the date prior to the announcement of the offer. The Board encourages all eligible shareholders to consider participating in the offer. The offer is open until 5pm (NZT) on 21 May 2021.

A copy of the offer document (updated for the number of rights and maximum number of new shares to be issued under the rights offer, which both increased following the exercise of share options announced to the market on 3 May 2021), is attached.
