Manawa Energy - Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Manawa Energy Limited advises that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held in Tauranga on Tuesday, 17 September 2024. Further details about the meeting will be included in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in August 2024.

The closing date for director nominations is 12.00pm (NZT), Wednesday 17 July 2024. Nominations must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholder Meeting and sent to the Company Secretary at companysecretary@manawaenergy.co.nz.

Nominations must include the written consent of the person being nominated, as well as their brief biographical details.
