John Chow of Chow Group has today announced from Beijing the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with corporate giant Zhong Tai Construction Group.
Brothers John and Michael Chow head a fast-growing $200M property portfolio in Wellington and Auckland and have just announced a major purchase in Rotorua.
“We are in growth mode and we don’t want to be slowed down by the lack of construction resources in NZ so we are thinking globally and are excited to announce our alliance with Zhong Tai, one of the three largest construction companies in China with over 80,000 employees”, said John Chow from Beijing
“For us boys from Naenae, the sheer scale and pace of construction in China is amazing, but we want to bring a bit of that large-scale thinking into our construction plans for NZ. We will of course think locally first but if supply cannot keep up with us then we will be looking to our partners at Zhong Tai to keep us growing at the fast pace we set ourselves”.
