BIF acquires shares in Scentian Bio

Scentian Bio operates in the bio sensor part of the information technologies sector. It specialises in rapid and objective detection of taste and smell factors, was formed in 2020, and is classified as seed stage, with its technology originating from Plant and Food Research.

 

BIF will make a cash investment of $200,000. Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to fund the purchase), Scentian Bio will represent 1.2% of BIF’s investment portfolio of over 30 companies, and with a net asset value of over $16.9 million.

 

Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at www.booster.co.nz
