Two members of Auckland International Airport’s executive team are leaving the company following a review of its direction and strategy.
Chief financial officer Simon Robertson has been with the company since 2005, and has been CFO since 2009 while general manager of corporate affairs and company secretary Charles Spillane has been in his role since 2002.
Auckland Airport chief executive Adrian Littlewood thanked both men for their “significant contributions to the company”.
No comment was forthcoming on what the review of direction and strategy involved beyond the departure of the two executives.
Littlewood said Phil Neutze will be acting CFO while Justine Hollows will be acting company secretary and Anna Cassels-Brown, who joined the company in May as new general manager of people and safety, will be acting general manager of corporate affairs.
Auckland Airport shares fell 1.8 percent to $5.44 and have gained 31 percent this year.
