Shareholders Association and Simplicity write to the Fletcher Building Board asking for resignation of Chair

The Shareholders Association and KiwiSaver default provider Simplicity have written to the Fletcher Building Board, asking for;

• the resignation of the Chair,

• the remaining Board members to put themselves up for re-election, and;

• for some independent reviews of conduct, culture and risk.
