Abano Healthcare Group Limited (NZX: ABA) Intention to Delist

Further to the announcement made by Abano Healthcare Group Limited on 25 November 2020 in relation to its Scheme of Arrangement with Adams NZ Bidco Limited (“Scheme”), NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises of the intention for ABA to delist from the NZX Main Board (“NZSX”).

Subject to ABA obtaining final court orders on Thursday, 10 December 2020, the final day of trading in ABA will be Monday, 14 December 2020, with trading in ABA shares being halted and suspended at close of business. The record date for determining shareholder entitlements to participate in the Scheme is 5pm, Wednesday 16 December 2020. Subject to final NZX conditions being met, ABA ordinary shares will be delisted and will cease to be quoted from close of business on Tuesday, 22 December 2020.
