Fletcher Building Company Secretary changes

- Chris Reid has retired as Company Secretary of Fletcher Building Limited and Fletcher Building Industries Limited, effective 16 June 2023; and

- Ashleigh Harding is appointed as an additional Company Secretary of Fletcher Building Limited and Fletcher Building Industries Limited, effective 19 June 2023.

Andrew Clarke remains as Company Secretary of both companies.
