The Centre Place Shopping Centre in Hamilton is to get $10 million worth of work to existing and new foodcourt areas.
Owner Kiwi Income Property Trust said the existing foodcourt would be refurbished and a new dining lane fronting on to Bryce Street be created. A carpark slip lane was being converted into an outdoor dining terrace with a north-facing aspect.
Both will be ready by September 15 ahead of Rugby World Cup events in the city.
