KMD - Notice of Non-Executive Director Retirement

KMD Brands Limited (ASX/NZX: KMD , “KMD” or the “Company”) today announces that non-executive Director, John Harvey, will retire from the Board effective 31 May 2022.

John Harvey has been a director of the Company since KMD’s Initial Public Offering in 2009.

Chairman David Kirk commented:

“John has been a founding director since the listing of the Group in 2009 and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Throughout his tenure, John has brought a wealth of knowledge, experience and a measured perspective to each key stage in the evolution of the Group. We extend our sincere thanks to John for his commitment and significant contribution to the KMD Brands Group over many years.”

Abby Foote, who joined the Board in October 2021, will take up the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk subcommittee.
