TruScreen Group Limited ("TRU") - Late Annual Report

NZ RegCo advises that TruScreen Group Limited (“TRU”) has not released its annual report for the year ending 31 March 2024 which, under NZX Listing Rule 3.6.1, was due to be released through MAP on or before Monday, 1 July 2024.

As set out in section 3 of NZX’s Guidance Note on Trading Halts and Suspensions, if an issuer has not published its annual report within five business days following the due date, trading of the issuer’s securities will be suspended until the issuer has released its annual report.

Accordingly, if TRU does not release its annual report by market close on Monday, 8 July 2024, NZ RegCo gives notice that trading in TRU’s ordinary shares will be suspended, effective from market open on Tuesday, 9 July 2024.
