Investore Property Limited (NZX: IPL) FY21 Third Quarter Dividend

Investore Property Limited has today announced a cash dividend for the third quarter (1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020) of the financial year ending 31 March 2021 (FY21) of 1.90 cents per share to be paid on 3 March 2021 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 February 2021 (the record date).

This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.309018 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.140227 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.

The Board confirms guidance for an annual cash dividend of 7.60 cents per share to shareholders for FY21, assuming no further deterioration in economic conditions due to COVID-19.
